The Texas Instruments Foundation will give up to $2.2 million to Educate Texas to enhance Lancaster ISD's Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics district.

Lancaster ISD was the first district in Texas to offer a STEM curriculum to all students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

Educate Texas is a public-private initiative of Communities Foundation of Texas.
