Amitree, a maker of Folio, an intelligent assistant for real estate deals, has secured $7.1 million in Series A funding. Vertical Venture Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included Accel Partners and Tom Gonser, founder of DocuSign and partner at Seven Peaks Ventures. In addition to the funding, Gonser has joined Amitree’s board.
