AT&T, Indiana University Assigned Patent for Systems for Decoding Portions of Video Content

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 26 -- AT&T, Atlanta, Georgia, and Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, have been assigned a patent (No. 10,931,979, initially filed Oct. 18, 2018) developed by four co-inventors for "methods, devices, and systems for decoding portions of video content according to a schedule based on user viewpoint."
