BJC HealthCare seeks $150 million in lawsuit over ‘buckling' floors at new hospital towers

ST. LOUIS - BJC HealthCare is demanding at least $150 million in damages over uneven flooring at the site of its $1 billion expansion near Kingshighway and Forest Park Avenue.

BJC's lawsuit against the St. Louis design firm HOK and Dallas-based Jacobs Project Management blames the two firms for uneven flooring that BJC claims pushed back construction of two new hospital towers at least a year and cost the hospital "millions of dollars."
