The Carlyle Group and Revolution Growth have acquired LDiscovery LLC, a McLean, Virginia-based eDiscovery services provider. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, LDiscovery has named Daniel F. Akerson as chairman. Akerson is the former chairman and CEO of General Motors and the former global buyout head at Carlyle. LDiscover was backed by WestView Capital Partners.
