CMS Energy Corp. on Jan. 21 said it appointed Melissa Gleespen as chief compliance officer for the company and its Consumers Energy Co. subsidiary.
Gleespen, who is currently the company's vice president and corporate secretary, replaced David Mengebier. She will continue to report to Senior Vice President and General Counsel Cathy Reynolds. Gleespen joined the company in 2013.
