IKE SEWELL, 87, a restaurateur credited with inventing "Chicago-style" deep-dish pizza, died Monday in Chicago of leukemia. He and a partner opened Pizzeria Uno in 1943, and their pizza made in an oversized pie tin became one of Chicago's culinary trademarks.
