The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense Security Cooperation Agency issued the following news release on Dec. 29:

The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Kuwait of System Spares for Patriot Configuration 3+ and related equipment for an estimated cost of $200 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.
