Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX), announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Cheryl Mayberry McKissack to succeed Martyn Redgrave as Non-Executive Chair of the Board, effective August 22, 2019. Mr. Redgrave has served as Non-Executive Chairman since August 2012 and will continue to serve as a Director after Ms. Mayberry McKissack assumes the Non-Executive Chair role.
