GNC Holdings Inc.'s former chief legal officer has rejoined law firm McGuireWoods LLP's Pittsburgh office. Gerald Stubenhofer, who departed the vitamins and health supplements retailer in November, is now a commercial litigation partner at the firm, McGuireWoods announced Monday.
