Gogo lays off 55 Chicago employees in effort to transform business model
Troubled airline internet company Gogo let 55 people go this week in an effort to update its struggling business model.
Most of the layoffs were in the commercial airline division located in Chicago, where the company is headquartered, according to the Chicago Tribune. Gogo (NASDAQ: GOGO) had about 1,200 staffers prior to the latest layoffs.
