Rick Arredondo, president and chief banking officer of Paso Robles, Calif.-based Heritage Oaks Bank, will be retiring from banking to pursue other interests, according to a Form 8-K filed March 28.
Simone Lagomarsino, president and CEO of Heritage Oaks Bancorp and CEO of Heritage Oaks Bank, will reassume the position of president of the bank effective immediately. Arredondo will remain an employee of the bank until April 29 and assist in the transition until his departure.
