Judge court has posted the issue for Kakkad`s appearance on June 19.

A dissension was moved by Taro Vazirani before Metropolitan Magistrate, Ballard Pier, expressing that Kakkad had moved toward Vazirani in March 2015, for an amicable advance for a time of two years, as he needed cash for his business.
