MF Global's $1B suit against PwC can proceed after judge denies motion to toss case

MF Global Holdings Ltd., the commodities brokerage house that collapsed in 2011 after failing to meet margin calls, can pursue a $1 billion lawsuit against PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP after a federal judge denied PwC's motion to toss out the case.
