Micro Focus to triple revenue through HPE Software purchase

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co.'s (HPE) $8.8 billion software transfer to London-listed Micro Focus International plc will triple the U.K. company's revenue and boost its earnings from the first full year, the buyer said.
