LANSING - An open letter from the owners of Saddleback BBQ to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer asking that restaurants be allowed to "open safely as soon as possible," has been signed by the owners of nearly 100 eateries around the state.
"Although we have grit, we are running out," Saddleback BBQ co-owners Matthew Gillett and Travis Stoliker wrote in the letter. "We need to open."
