Leading commercial real estate developers Richard Tanenbaum, Gardner Tanenbaum , and Mark Beffort, Robinson Park Investments , have joined forces to develop the complex. They secured 2.7 acres of land near NE 8th Street and I-235 on December 22nd, 2020.
