Pritzker Group leads $7 mln funding of G2 Crowd

Chicago-based G2 Crowd, a provider of a business software review platform, announced that it has raised $7 million in Series A funding. Pritzker Group Venture Capital led the round, which included existing investors Chicago Ventures, Hyde Park Venture Partners and individual investors, including G2 Crowd co-founder and Chairman Godard Abel, Thomas Lehrman and Scott Dorsey (former ExactTarget co-founder/CEO). The company  last year raised $2.5 million in seed funding.
