Sen. Scott Introduces Bill to Require License for Reexport of Foreign-Made Items
WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 3316) to "require a license for the reexport to an entity on the entity list of certain foreign-made items incorporating more than 10 percent of controlled U.S.-origin content."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 13. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
