CCA uses an investment process based upon fundamental business and credit analysis; capital structure and liquidation analysis, a review of all legal documentation surrounding an issuer’s securities and identification of an investment catalyst. CML manages accounts in accordance with each client’s overall investment objective and strategy. In formulating investment advice and managing client assets, the firm uses fundamental analysis. The investment strategies they employ include buy and hold; focused portfolio/non-diversification; margin transactions; hedging; short selling; and derivatives. CML invests in equity securities of US and non-US issuers on behalf of their clients. They also invest in other securities and instruments, including derivatives.
