Our wide range of menswear offerings primarily include smart casual wear, outdoor casual wear and leisure wear, as well as accessories, and are offered under a number of internationally renowned, mid-to-high end brands. Also, as we always place great emphasis on the quality, design and style of our products, while consistently ensuring that they remain fashionable and true to their image, all our branded product offerings enjoy strong market recognition and robust customer loyalty. Another reason we have been able to rapidly penetrate China’s men’s smart casual and leisure wear markets is our extensive sales network, which covers 257 cities across 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China as at 31 December 2011. The large extent of our sales network contains not only self-operated retail points but also third-party-operated ones, which have been a big factor in enabling us to fully access China’s vast retail market. Moreover, to suitably sustain China Outfitters’ vast reach in a risk-averse way, we prudently operate a supply chain model that outsources most of our production needs. By consistently tasking a reliable base of third-party manufacturers, we have successfully minimized investments in large-scale production facilities, and only have self-owned production facilities in Dezhou, Shandong Province, for manufacturing our key products. By optimizing our supply chain model, our focus remains where it should be, on our core strengths of brand selection, design and sales management. China Outfitters is perfectly poised to meet the mid-to-high end Chinese demand for quality apparel products, a demand which is expected to remain fast-rising in the years to come.
