The University of Oregon Foundation is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization responsible for administering private gifts made to further the University of Oregon's mission. Although the Foundation is a separate entity from the university, the Foundation's sole reason for existence is to partner with the university and serve in our donors' best interest. We are committed to the highest standards of service and ethical conduct when it comes to managing donor gifts for the benefit of the university. Donors entrust the Foundation with fiduciary oversight of their charitable gifts and, in turn, we hold in confidence the details of that giving and other related information.

The American Institutes for Research is a behavioral and social science research and evaluation company. It also offers policy, practice and systems change services. The company was founded in 1946 and is headquartered in Washington, DC.

The FAF comprises the FAF Board of Trustees, two standard-setting Boards (the FASB and the GASB), and the FAF management team. The FASB and GASB establish and improve financial accounting and reporting standards—known as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, or GAAP—for public and private companies, not-for-profit organizations, and state and local governments in the United States. Both organizations set high-quality standards through a process that is robust, comprehensive, and inclusive.
