Company Description

Telewest Global, Inc provides broadband communications and media group in the United Kingdom. It runs its businesses on the commercial names Telewest Broadband, Telewest Business and Flextech. It was incorporated in the State of Delaware on November 12, 2003, as a wholly owned subsidiary of predecessor company, Telewest Communications, as part of its financial restructuring. On July 13, 2004, it entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all ofthe assets of Telewest Communications and on July 15, 2004, upon completion of the financial restructuring, it became the ultimate holding company for the operating companies of Telewest Communications
