Biography

Allen Wang is Office Managing Partner of the Beijing office of Latham & Watkins, a partner in the firm's Hong Kong office and a member of the Corporate Department.

Mr. Wang practices corporate law, with a focus on:

Capital markets
Mergers and acquisitions
Public company representation

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Wang worked as an associate in the General Practice Group at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and as an investment banking associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he advised on corporate finance and M&A.

Mr. Wang was elected partner in Latham & Watkins’ Los Angeles office in 2007 and has been practicing in Asia since 2009. Mr. Wang is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Mr. Wang's representative experience includes advising:

Leading investment banks, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank Securities
