Biography

Brad Siegert is a Managing Director of Evercore’s Corporate Advisory business. At Evercore, Mr. Siegert has advised financial institutions on strategic M&A and capital raising transactions.

Select transactions include the sale of Edelman Financial Services to Hellman & Friedman on behalf of Lee Equity Partners, Capital Southwest’s spin-off of its control assets and the formation of the I-45 JV, the sale of Ally Financial’s European and Latin American auto finance operations to General Motors, the sale of Ally Financial’s Canadian operations to Royal Bank of Canada and Triumph Bancorp’s initial public offering.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2007, Mr. Siegert spent three years at Sandler O’Neill + Partners, most recently as an Associate in its investment banking group focusing on financial institutions. Before joining Sandler O’Neill in 2004, Mr. Siegert was a management consultant.

Mr. Siegert received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting, Cum Laude, from Villanova University.
