Biography

Erin DiPaola
Erin R. DiPaola is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management responsible for sourcing, financing and closing multifamily acquisitions for the firm's national apartment platform. Erin focuses on Chicago, Denver, Arizona and California.
Prior to joining Fifield, Erin was a VP with Transwestern Investment Company, L.L.C. where she was responsible for acquisitions and asset management for a portion of Transwestern's multifamily assets in the Southeast. Erin has directed the acquisition of over $225 million of apartment properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast and during her eight year tenure with Transwestern the company acquired over 10,000 units valued in excess of $1 billion. Prior to joining Transwestern, Erin worked in the Investment Banking Group at JP Morgan Securities focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Erin has a BS in Business Management from the Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a member of the National Multi Housing Council and Urban Land Institute.
