Biography

Mr. Henry M. Ellenbogen is a Portfolio Manager at T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He is the lead portfolio manager for the US Small-Cap Growth Equity Strategy. Mr. Ellenbogen is a member of the Equity Steering Committee. He has over 22 years of investment and regulatory experience, 17 of which have been with T. Rowe Price. From 2001 to 2009, he was an Equity Investment Analyst covering media and telecommunication companies.Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, he served as Chief of Staff to U.S. Representative Peter Deutsch, a member of the Commerce Committee, which has jurisdiction over media and telecommunications. Mr. Ellenbogen was a general partner of Crimson Investments, L.P.He received an A.B. in history and science from Harvard College, an MBA from Harvard Business School and a JD degree from Harvard Law School.
