Biography

Jeffrey Reinke serves as chief of staff to the president as well as secretary of the corporation as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), an independent, nonpartisan membership organization, think tank, and publisher dedicated to being a resource for its members, government officials, business executives, journalists, educators and students, civic and religious leaders, and other interested citizens in order to help them better understand the world and the foreign policy choices facing the United States and other countries. He joined CFR in 1994 as part of the Corporate Program staff, and also worked in CFR’s Meetings Program and Executive Office, where he served as director of special projects. He has served on the board of directors of Cultural Vistas since 2011, and has most recently been in the role of vice chairman. He holds an MA in South Asia Regional Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a BSFS in International Affairs from Georgetown University.
