John Miller

Senior Vice President, Field Services

John Miller serves as Senior Vice President, Field Services. He provides leadership to four regional service teams, the Club Advancement Services Unit, the Conferences and Learning Events support team, the Club Liaison Services Support units, and BGCA’s Annual National Conference. He also leads strategy development for Field Services. John began his career as the Summer Camp Program Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo, Ohio, in 1988. He joined the national organization 1996 as a Regional Service Director for the Midwest Region, where he was instrumental in developing statewide partnerships in West Virginia and Kentucky. He was also instrumental in establishing the Illinois Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs, the most successful Alliance in the country to date, with awards in excess of $35 million over seven years.
