Biography

Julie Iskow

Julie Iskow has served on our board of directors since May 2019. Ms. Iskow is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Medidata Solutions Inc., a global life sciences technology provider dedicated to improving the way clinical research is designed, conducted, analyzed, and commercialized. Ms. Iskow has held this position with Medidata since 2015 and is responsible for the vision and direction of the company’s technology strategy and its product development organization.

Throughout her career, Ms. Iskow has led the establishment, growth and scale of innovative and business driven solutions. From 2006 to 2015, she worked at WageWorks, most recently as CIO, where she led the corporate technology organization, including product development, enterprise applications, and technical operations and support. For more than a decade prior, Ms. Iskow held engineering and technology leadership positions and was responsible for factory automation software used in high-tech manufacturing.

Ms. Iskow holds a BS from the University of California, Berkeley and an MS degree from University of California, Davis.

The University of California, Davis (also referred to as UCD, UC Davis, or Davis) is a public teaching and research university located in Davis, California just west of Sacramento. The campus covers 7,309 acres (2,958 ha), making it the largest within the 10 campus University of California system. UC Davis also has the third largest enrollment in the UC System after UCLA and UC Berkeley. Though named after the City of Davis, the campus is technically located adjacent to the City of Davis in an unincorporated part of Yolo and Solano counties.
