Keith Cade is a founding member of the firm's Chicago office and Midwest practice.

Mr. Cade creates value for his clients by developing holistic real estate strategies that address their strategic, financial, cultural and operational objectives.

Prior to joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Mr. Cade was an executive in Accenture's communications and high tech practice, where he honed his strategic consulting, client service and project management skills. His client experience spans many industry sectors via both domestic and international projects in France, England, Ireland, Singapore, the Netherlands and Brazil.

Mr. Cade represents tenants exclusively on a national and global basis with a focus on large, complex U.S. headquarter projects. Mr. Cade acts as exclusive advisor to many of the world's leading corporations where he has advised on projects that have resulted in extensive savings and operational efficiencies, most recently with McDonald's Corporation, Husch Blackwell Sanders, DoubleClick, Compass Minerals International, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Ocean Drive Media Group, Esquire Deposition Services, HealthSmart Corporation, Cooper Standard Automotive, Lennar Corporation, Hachette Filipacchi Media, Interpublic Group and Starwood Hotel and Resorts.


Mr. Cade dedicates his time to the Urban Land Institute in Chicago, a nonprofit research and education organization devoted to the entire spectrum of land-use and development disciplines, in addition to The Chicago Council on Global Affairs, an independent association committed to influencing discourse on global issues through contributions pertaining to leadership dialogue and public learning.

Furthermore, Mr. Cade is also dynamically committed to Corenet Global as an active board member, focusing on local and national real estate learning events, as well as global summits. He has received designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Masters of Commercial Real Estate (MCR), noting his recognition as an expert in the ethical practices and regulations of commercial and investment real estate, as well as an invaluable resource to owners, investors, and users across North America. Mr. Cade is one of only 1,500 real estate professionals in the world to hold an MCR designation.

Mr. Cade attended the University of Nebraska where he received his Bachelor in Business Administration and Economics. Mr. Cade also attended Oxford University and the University of Chicago where he completed economics and Master of Business Administration coursework.

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is a graduate business school located in Chicago, Illinois, at the University of Chicago.
