Leslie G. Kanter is counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. She has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate law, including financing, development and conveyancing, with a concentration in commercial and retail leasing, representing both landlords and tenants. Ms. Kanter’s clients include prominent regional real estate owners, national retailers and a major bank.
REPRESENTATIVE ENGAGEMENTS

Represented the owner of a building in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in connection with the negotiation of a new lease with an existing tenant for 560,000 square feet for the tenant's disaster recovery operations.
Represented Celtic Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of The Feil Organization, in the negotiation of a lease with The City University of New York for 150,000 square feet of space in Long Island City, Queens for part of CUNY's expansion of its campus in Long Island City.
Represented a major bank in connection with its initial roll-out of financial services centers in the tri-state area (negotiated and consummated more than 130 leases).
Represented a college that grants degrees in technological fields and related subjects in connection with the sublease of 34,000 square feet of office space in New York City.
Represented a major New York City-based law firm in connection with the negotiation of a lease for 180,000 square feet of office space in New York City.
Represent UBS Financial Services in connection with the negotiation of leases for office premises throughout the country.
Represent Donna Karan in connection with the negotiation of retail leases throughout the country.
Represent Pret a Manger in connection with the negotiation of restaurant leases in New York City.
