Biography

As Senior Associate Director of Finance and Administration for the Global Experience Office(GEO), Maureen is responsible for managing all financial and administrative matters concerning GEO programs. She works closely with faculty to plan their Dialogue of Civilizations programs and is the liaison between Student Billing and this office. She has been at Northeastern for over twelve years working in various budget and finance capacities. Recently, she became a member of the Northeastern Parents Leadership Council and is actively involved in helping parents make the most of their Northeastern experience. She particularly enjoys speaking with parents of our study abroad students. Before Northeastern she worked in public accounting and spent 10 years at AT&T as a financial systems analyst. She has a B.A. in English from UMass/Amherst, a Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley University, a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration and a Certificate in Non Profit Management from Northeastern. Having a strong interest in international travel and global education, she is thrilled to be working here at GEO.
