Meyer Koplow works at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, one of the world’s leading business law firms.

He is also the executive editor and notes and comment editor of the New York University Law Review. He is the president of the Meyer G. and Ellen Goodstein Koplow Foundation, and a member of the Board of Directors of the UJA Federation in New York. Formerly, Koplow was the president of Young Israel of New Rochelle.

At Brandeis, Koplow was co-chair of his Reunion Committee, a fellow in 2000, and receiver of the Louis Dembitz Brandeis Medal for Distinguished Legal Service in 1998. He was elected to the Board in 2006 and Chair of the Board in September 2017. In addition, his sons Michael '02 and Jonathan '05 graduated from Brandeis.

Koplow received his B.A. magna cum laude at Brandeis University and his J.D. from New York University Law School in 1976.

The New York University Law Review was founded in 1924, and is a generalist journal publishing legal scholarship in all areas, including legal theory and policy, environmental law, legal history, international law, and more. Each year, it publishes issues in April, May, June, October, November, and December. These six issues contain cutting-edge legal scholarship written by professors, judges, and legal practitioners, as well as Notes written by members of the Law Review. In November 2012, the Law Review launched the New York University Law Review Online, an online supplement to the print version of the Law Review.
