Michael Feldman

Michael joined Lightspeed in 2014 and serves as the firm’s Talent Partner. In this role, Michael works with the investment team and our portfolio companies to identify and attract transformational senior executives. He also drives Lightspeed’s broader engagement with potential company founders, CEOs, management team members and Board directors.

Michael came to Lightspeed from Russell Reynolds Associates, where he was an Executive Director leading senior-level searches across the enterprise technology spectrum. Based in the firm’s Palo Alto office, Michael led the Americas Cloud Services practice, and recruited sales, marketing, general management and strategy executives into companies focused on the storage, networking and data center spaces.

Prior to Russell Reynolds, Michael was Director of Technology Client Services at Sitaro Group, a New York-based boutique marketing and strategy consultancy, where he advised senior marketing and channels executives at Cisco, Adobe and IBM. Earlier, he worked as a digital direct marketing consultant at Young & Rubicam, and ran marketing and business development for a B2B online marketplace.

Michael holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Columbia University.
