Biography

Michael Reilly is co-head of Bingham’s global Financial Restructuring Group. He has more than 30 years of experience representing public and private bondholders and lenders in financial restructurings in a wide array of industries in the United States, UK/Europe and Latin America. Michael is also an active member of Bingham’s Diversity Executive Committee.

Michael is a member of INSOL and he is one of only a handful of select lawyers who have been elected by their peers as a fellow in both the American College of Bankruptcy and the American College of Investment Counsel. Known for his legal strategy and business acumen in the workout setting, in deal leadership and in negotiations, Michael is a frequent speaker and lecturer at industry seminars on workouts and bankruptcy.
