Biography

Mike Lowenberg is an experienced litigator and appellate lawyer who has handled cases in virtually every industry, complex subject matter and procedural area. His numerous jury trials and appeals in the Texas state and federal courts, including the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, demonstrates his value to clients who are involved in disputes. In addition to his firsthand courtroom experience, Mike has been an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Panel.

Mike is passionate about helping clients solve their issues as quickly as possible. He is a loyal and diligent advocate, as well as a skilled negotiator – an expertise that clients value when they are seeking to avoid litigation.

Mike serves as Foley Gardere’s general counsel, a management position he has held since 2008.
