The BoardRoom IQ is a website dedicated to the advancement of knowledge about Board leadership, Board structure, Board composition, and general governance matters. Historically, directors, CEOs, and thought leaders have often had to wait months for finding publications, and then observing restrictive deadlines, timeliness, or editorial restrictions to get their experiences and views to the marketplace of ideas. This site will encourage great minds to offer great ideas and publish them quickly. The company's Board of Advisors, all of whom have served as Board Directors themselves, will be on hand to facilitate, review and encourage the advancement of our goals. In addition, the site will highlight recent news on governance, newly appointed directors of the most valuable companies in the U.S., and interviews with Board leaders on a range of topics.
