Biography

H.H. Sheikh Muhammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah Foundation, having served as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait from 2006 to 2011, and as Foreign Minister from 2003 to 2006. Currently, he is a visiting fellow at Oxford University and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies, as well as the Board of Trustees of the Council for Arab and International Relations.



He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Kuwait Program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
