Biography

Nina Flax is a Corporate & Securities partner in Mayer Brown's Palo Alto office. She focuses on representing buyers and sellers in connection with domestic and international stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and similar transactions. She also assists clients in negotiating and establishing domestic and international joint ventures, consortiums and commercial arrangements, and she represents clients in connection with the formation and financing of startups and founders in exit transactions.

Nina represents US, foreign and multinational corporations, private equity firms and other public and private entities (including start-up companies) across a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, life sciences, agribusiness, technology, hospitality and leisure, gaming and chemicals industries.
