President, SmartStyle Hair Salons

Shawn Moren is the president of SmartStyle Hair Salons, where she brings more than 25 years of senior-level retail business experience to the role. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Store Operations and Chief Talent Officer for Regis, overseeing store operations, the Artistic Services organization and the talent functions for the organization.

Ms. Moren joined Regis in August 2017. Prior, she was SVP, Human Resources, for Bluestem Group, Inc. and held senior human resources leadership positions at Supervalu. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and received an MBA from Eastern Kentucky University.
