Biography

Simon Saitowitz is a partner in Fried Frank's Corporate Department and Private Equity Practice, resident in the Firm's London office.

Mr. Saitowitz has over a decade of private equity and M&A experience focusing his practice on both domestic and cross-border private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, co-investments, joint ventures and corporate advisory work for private equity portfolio companies. His track record includes acting for clients such as Advent International, APG, aPriori Capital, Arcus Infrastructure Partners, Bridgepoint, EISER Infrastructure Partners, General Atlantic, Goldman Sachs, Graphite Capital, Hyperion Insurance Group, HgCapital, Lion Capital, Longview Partners, Oaktree, Onex, Providence Equity and PSP.

Mr. Saitowitz also has extensive experience in private equity secondary transactions with a particular focus on complex GP restructurings.

Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Saitowitz was a London-based member of a top-tier private equity team at a leading international law firm.
