Stéphane Huten is a partner in the firm's Paris office and a member of our Corporate practice. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions both on private and public companies with particular expertise on private equity transactions. He also advises on stock exchange law and corporate governance issues.

Stéphane is a graduate of both ESSEC and Paris II University. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior associate at the Paris office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP for 7 years. During this time, he spent one year at the New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
