Previously he served as Deputy Director of the Office of the State Council’s Securities Commission, Vice President of Trust Investment Co.,Ltd. of the Construction Bank of China, Party Secretary and President of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Inspector of the Office of the State Council’s Securities Commission, Director of the Training Centre of CSRC, Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen city, Chairman and Party Secretary of the Securities Association of China, Assistant to Chairman of CSRC.
